How it works

  1. Send it

    Forward an email, text or WhatsApp a photo, or upload a file. It works with the emails and apps your school and teams already use.

  2. The clerk reads it

    It pulls out events, deadlines, forms to sign, money to send, and things to bring, and works out which child each one is for.

  3. You decide

    Each item waits for your OK, next to the sentence it came from. Save it, fix it, or skip it. For sources you trust, like a team’s schedule, you can let updates go straight through.

  4. It lands on your calendar

    Approved items go into the Google Calendar you choose, with reminders, or into Apple Calendar with one tap. When a date changes, you get the change to approve.

What it does with your calendar

If you connect Google Calendar, Household Clerk:

  • adds the events you approve to the calendar you pick, and updates them when you approve a change;
  • looks at the events already on your calendars, so it can warn you about clashes and avoid adding something you already typed in;
  • lists your calendars so you can choose where things go.

It never changes or removes an event you added yourself unless you approve that specific change. Your calendar data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models. The details are in our privacy policy.

Built to keep as little as possible

  • First names only. The clerk needs your kids’ first names or nicknames to sort things out. Never birth dates.
  • Short memory. The emails, photos, and files you send are deleted after 30 days.
  • No ads, no selling. Your information is never sold, rented, or used for advertising.
  • Not for training. What you send is not used to train AI models.
  • Leave any time. Ask us to delete everything and it is gone within 7 days.

Text it to the clerk

Pilot households can text or WhatsApp photos and screenshots straight to the clerk’s number and get a reply with what it found. How texting works.
